Can you tell us a little bit about your book?

My book is about Dancing Fairies happy little creatures who dance and play with garden and woodland animals making everywhere and everything they touch more colourful and beautiful.

The illustrations are a feast for the eyes and I hope adults and children alike will feel happier when touched by the magic of fairies.

Who would your book be perfect for?

My book would be perfect for children from 1 year old to 10 years old.  Anyone who loves fairies and the mystery of these tiny creatures who we sometimes dream about seeing and think we do. Maybe we do?

Did you have a favourite character to write?

I didn’t have a favourite character as my book is actually a poem about fairies.  I think they are all beautiful.

What inspired you to the write the book?

My inspiration was the poem I wrote and I thought that it would make an excellent children’s book. I think my inspiration was also beauty and I think you will all agree that fairies are beautiful.

Can you share with us a photo from 2018 that meant something special to you?

My photo from 2018 means a lot because I have always wanted to learn to a horse and it was a dream come true sitting up on that gorgeous horse, horses are so intelligent, regal and healing. It was a joy!

What has been your proudest bookish moment?

My proudest bookish moment, has been the love and support from family and friends some of which have already pre-ordered my book.  They made me feel so loved and I felt like a real author. Another dream come true.

Do you have any questions for your readers?

A question for my readers, do you love fairies, so you believe in fairies and I don’t care how old you are, do you believe in magic and the mystical world of fairies?

What is your favourite read of your whole life and why?

My favourite read is:  “The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe” This book inspired my love of reading and watching films.  I have enquiring mind and a love of magical things, so this book took me on a journey in my mind of magical places and people it just inspired my whole being and I’ve never forgotten it.

What are you working on now?

I am writing poetry nearly all the time, I have written over 40 poems and will continue to do so, as the inspiration takes me… I have two more children’s poems already written not sure if I will publish them, but I am excited about them we will have to wait and see!

This is a lovely book for children ages 3 -7 years old. The illustrations are gorgeous and parents could really interact with their children as each page has either a short rhyming poem or a picture. There are lots of goings on and great talking points.

The fairies are so cute and I really enjoyed it. If you are looking for gifts for all the summer Birthday parties or if your little one enjoys fairies, flowers and creatures then this book is practically magic!
