The Beauty of the Wolf cover is stunning and in mirroring the storyline you are mesmerised and inspired to dive in.

I enjoyed the world that Wray Delaney creates. With each area of the kingdom identifiable. I also liked the thought of the role reversal with Beauty and the Beast. Very apt at this time in the world.

Being honest I was really enjoying the plot and the characters until all the sex scenes. They were so over the top I laughed out loud. Plus the addition of a whole chapter on a penis was just too much. If I had not been on the tour I would most definitely have DNF’d the book. It wasted the rest of the book for me. The unnecessary sex references throughout were pointless and more suited to a smutty erotica thriller.

The book had the roots to be spectacular. The whole gender swapping and the curse were brilliant ideas. We don’t need the sex scenes to make it an adult fiction. There were a lot of things that just don’t make sense. Sometimes you don’t know whose story you are reading and some things just don’t make sense.

Not my cup of tea. But I am sure it would appeal to other readers.
