Great Expectations @Quantum_Theatre @TheBrunton @N_T_S #Review

On a sunny evening in Inveresk Lodge Gardens, Musselburgh, the audience was settling into their fold down seats and munching on their well thought out picnics.  We were all there to see the Quantum Theatre’s outdoor performance of Great Expectations.

The whole production is performed by a cast of four very talented actors. Hannah Allen, Will Gillham, Patrick McHugh and Lauren Marshall.

It was an adrenaline packed high paced performance accented by the beautiful backdrop of the Inveresk Lodge Gardens. I truly enjoyed Quantum’s production of Great Expectation’s from start to finish. The four actors all stand out in their performances, each bringing a quality and uniqueness to the stage.

I was in a lucky seating position to see behind the scenes as well as the stage.  The comradery between the cast was beautiful to see.

A truly wonderful evening and I cannot wait to see what other delights the Quantum Theatre has for us next.

The event was hosted by the Brunton Theatre as part of the Edinburgh Fringe.
